Your success in our driver education program is our number one goal. At Lake Norman Driving Academy, we emphasize behind-the-wheel safety as well as fundamental skills. Our cars are new and fully equipped to ensure the safety of all our drivers. Our instructors are trained and state-certified to ensure the safety of all drivers and passengers. Your comfort level behind-the-wheel is important to us. It is our promise to make you a safe, confident driver.

Classroom and Behind-the-Wheel Instruction
The package includes 30 hours of classroom instruction. After the classroom instruction is complete, the student will also complete six hours of behind-the-wheel driving lessons. This package fulfills all of the North Carolina state requirements for students under the age of 18.

6-Hour Behind the Wheel Instruction
This course includes six hours of behind-the-wheel driving lessons with a certified driving instructor. This course is open to all ages. Please call to schedule before registering. (704) 293-3265.

2-Hour Behind-the-Wheel Instruction
Take a one-on-one driving lesson to assess your skills, work on a specific maneuver, or just gain more experience behind-the-wheel. Please call to schedule before registering. (704) 293-3265.

10-Hour Behind-the-Wheel Instruction
